Who we are

This site is operated by GTA TAXI GRIGOR SRL, with its place of business at Str. Under data-protection law, we are the controller of the data described below.

What this site is

It is a presentation site for our local taxi service. The site takes no online bookings, concludes no contracts online and handles no payments. You reach us by phone or WhatsApp, and the ride is arranged directly with us.

This site uses no cookies.

We use no cookies, store nothing on your device, run no analytics and do not track you.

What data we do process, and why

1. Server access logs. Like any web server, our server automatically records your IP address, browser type (user-agent) and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a functional, secure site (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). These are kept for at most 15 days and then automatically deleted.
2. Embedded map. Our contact pages show a map loaded from a third-party provider OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation). When the map loads, your browser connects to that provider, which may thereby receive your IP address. We do not control what the map provider does with it; see its own privacy policy.
3. WhatsApp links. If you tap the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp (Meta) opens and the conversation takes place there, under WhatsApp's privacy policy. Anything you send us over WhatsApp (e.g. your name, pickup point) we use only to reply and arrange your ride.
4. Google reviews shown on the site. We may display public reviews taken from Google. In that case we may show the review author's name, profile photo and the link to their public profile, as published by the author on Google. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in presenting public reviews of our service (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). If you are a review author and want us to stop showing your review, contact us and we will remove it.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. Data may reach the providers above (map provider, WhatsApp/Meta, Google) only through your own action or through the display of public reviews, as described.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under the GDPR (art. 15–22). Contact us at 0757 552 601 or by e-mail at taxisighet@gmail.com.
